Snake Boss Reptile Shows
Children’s Reptile Shows & Birthday Parties in Brisbane & Sunshine Coast
Are you looking for a reptile show that will have children wide-eyed, smiling and talking about it long after the day is over?
Whether you’re planning a birthday party, school incursion, childcare visit, OSHC program, fete or community event, I’d love to bring Snake Boss to you. I host fun, educational and hands-on children’s reptile shows across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, creating experiences that feel exciting for kids and reassuring for parents and organisers.
My goal is always simple — make it exciting, make it safe and make it genuinely memorable.
As Seen on TV
ou may recognise me as the host of Snake Boss on Amazon Prime and The Snake Catcher on Animal Planet.
Television is wonderful, but nothing compares to seeing reptiles up close in real life. When children meet me at an event — especially if they’ve watched the show at home — the excitement is contagious.
But whether they’ve seen me on TV or not, every child receives the same warm, welcoming and interactive experience. My focus is always on the children in front of me.
Fun, Safe & Interactive Reptile Shows for Kids
Children are naturally curious about animals — especially reptiles. That curiosity is something I love nurturing.
During my reptile shows in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, children can see, gently touch and learn about real Australian reptiles in a calm and friendly environment. It’s exciting without being overwhelming, and participation is always at each child’s comfort level.
Some children rush straight to the front with big smiles. Others prefer to sit back and watch before deciding to join in. Both approaches are completely okay.
Each show is designed to be:
- Interactive and engaging
- Educational and age-appropriate
- Calm, structured and well supervised
- Full of light humour and fascinating reptile facts
The aim isn’t just to entertain — it’s to build understanding, confidence and respect for wildlife.
Perfect for Brisbane & Sunshine Coast Events
Snake Boss Reptile Shows are fully mobile, which means I can bring the experience directly to you.
My reptile shows are ideal for:
- Birthday parties
- Schools and kindergartens
- Childcare centres and OSHC
- Fetes and community events
From backyard birthday celebrations in Brisbane to larger community stages on the Sunshine Coast, I adapt the presentation to suit your space and audience size.
Because reptiles naturally spark curiosity, they tend to draw children (and adults!) in very quickly. Before long, you have a group gathered, learning and laughing.

Calm, Child-Friendly Reptiles
All my reptiles are calm, beautifully cared for and accustomed to being around children. Safety is always a priority, and any handling opportunities are closely supervised.
My reptile shows are suitable for children aged 2 years and up, with the tone and content gently adjusted depending on the age group.
For younger children, I focus more on sensory exploration — what scales feel like, how reptiles move and where they live — using simple language and lots of reassurance.
For older children, I introduce more detail about habitats, behaviour, adaptations and environmental responsibility, while keeping the session lively and engaging.

A reptile show isn’t just about holding a snake — although that’s often the highlight. It’s about curiosity replacing fear. It’s about a shy child finding the confidence to step forward. It’s about children heading home proudly telling everyone what they learned.
If you’re looking for a children’s reptile show in Brisbane or on the Sunshine Coast that is warm, interactive and professionally delivered, I’d love to be part of your next event.
Because sometimes all it takes is one brave moment holding a snake to create a memory that lasts forever
